Derrick Scobey for Oklahoma County Clerk

Pastor Derrick Scobey seeks to be an agent of positive change and transparency as County Clerk for Oklahoma County. He serves as Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Oklahoma City and as a member of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, which oversees operations of the county jail.

Priorities

If elected as Oklahoma County Clerk, Derrick will be committed to:

  • Acting in a collaborative role, building bridges and community buy-in

  • Stewarding the office of County Clerk with integrity, compassion, & fiscal responsibility

  • Bringing transparency, organization, and

    accountability to the County Clerk’s office

  • Serving the clerk’s office well by developing an efficient office staff 

  • Always remembering that he works for the people of Oklahoma County

  • Including people from all communities in the OK County Budget Board process
